Cloudxls is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS Data Sharing Prohibition: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Data Retention: We retain SMS consent records for a minimum of 4 years from the date of consent in compliance with the TCPA statute of limitations (47 U.S.C. § 227). Opt-out and revocation records are retained for a minimum of 10 years for users in Virginia in compliance with Virginia SB 1339 (effective January 1, 2026).
